THERE WILL BE SIX CATEGORIES IN WHICH YOUR TEAM OF FOUR MAX CAN PARTICIPATE:
There will be a grand prize winner which will be determined by the points earned from the steak, ribs, chicken, and sauce categories.
Your team can enter any of the categories.
Everything must be prepared and cooked on site, food will be inspected upon setup.
Turn in boxes will be provided and no garnish is allowed.
